Armatus Risks First Person on Scene (Intermediate) course is designed for the immediate care and responses required in any emergency situation. The course is focused on those students wishing to enhance their knowledge and confidence in immediate medical care, particularly in dealing with more serious medical emergencies (heart attack, asthma attack, diabetes, stroke, epilepsy etc) through to medical trauma and the management thereof, prior to hospital treatment.

The course is directed to those deploying to more hostile regions, whether on behalf of governments, private security companies or as individuals. The course compliments Close Protection Operatives in particular and is a corporate governance requirement for many of those Close Protection Operatives assigned to government, corporate and oil & gas projects around the world.
Delivered by very experienced instructors, the Armatus FPOS-I course will challenge students from day one and will require some further study in the evenings, outside of the course teaching hours.
There is no requirement to be a previously qualified First Aider to undertake this course, such is the standard of content delivery.
